The FELCI 80 Racer – cruiser was born dedicated to offshore navigation
During the project we focused in an “all round” sailing yacht, fast and comfortable, with the chance to win both inshore Mini Maxi races that offshore classic long distance races.
The canoe body is the result of our latest CFD research and was deeply tested before becoming the executive one.
In order to increase the performance Hurakan will be equipped with a canting – lifting keel and with a full carbon construction.
The efficiency and elegance of the deck lines and of the interiors, both designed by Felci Yacht Design, will become a masterpiece for similar size yachts.
The separate aft area dedicated to the owner, with direct access from the aft cockpit, and the forward area dedicated to the crew, are a characteristic of Hurakan.
Both areas are carefully studied for their use, characterized by a different kind of style, extremely race the one dedicated to the sailing and racing activity, more comfortable and elegant the one dedicated to the owner.
