With Ikaika we set out to give form to the strong wish for modernity and personalization that are the principal characteristics of the owners.
The deck’s external geometry, simple and practical in its sail plan, is characterized by the imposing presence of the two gilded longitudinal components, which reinforce the entire deck and create a pleasing contrast with the teak bridge. The moderately sized, raised deckhouse with its aggressive appearance, allows plenty of light to enter below deck.
The interior spaces, created with the contribution of Arch. Guido Boroli, follow the curved surfaces generated by the hull and remain faithful to this design down to the smallest detail. Only the “technical” components have been left geometrical and have been inserted into the double curved surfaces that make up furniture and structural subdivisions.
