The D36P open the new era of the “performance” line of Dufour Yachts.
The concept we have decided to follow was to make a faster boat on the water, a lager boat to live outside, and a more stable and comfortable sailing yacht.
And why not, inside the boat is great, made with an elegant mix between white and plywood furniture, built to be simple, efficient, easy to use and to maintain.
To make the hull faster we have developed our recent hydrodynamics research and we have made a high balanced and all round hull
The chine is just a stern refinements in order to “cut” the flow at high speed, but the hull typical section run all over the hull and gives the lowest drag associated with the highest form stability.
What about the style? Simply new. A development of the well appreciated and innovative trend introduced years ago by Dufour yachts and now revisited and updated stylistically by our creativity and our sense of proportions and beauty.
