After the numerous examples of ICE 52 launched, a new “restyling” has been studied in collaboration with the shipyard that has allowed some elements to be updated without distorting the essence and concept of the original project.
To obtain more internal height, the freeboards are increased by 7 cm and some elements, such as the aft toilet and the galley, have been slightly enlarged to facilitate the interior habitability and overall ergonomics. Have also been added some valuable stylistic details always marked to keep the style clean and essential.
From the general point of view, the genoa rail was proposed on the deckhouse, which allows an even closer windward angle without using “inner barber” and some improvements have been studied from the point of view of deck equipment and rigging.
Important to note that the dual soul of fast “racer” and comfortable and elegant “cruiser”, already highlighted by the results in many races and the market success of the ICE 52, remains unchanged.
