The line of ICE60s, by their design is semi-customised; allowing a personalization of the interiors, so as to revolutionize in part the layout of the boat.
The hull is made entirely of carbon and offers a very open space inside. After descending the stairs you are met with an area of free space from the saloon to the owner’s cabin, nothing obscuring the view.
The dinette has been designed respecting precise symmetries; in fact the arrangement of the sofas is forward facing, and each sofa has a dedicated table bar which can be transformed into a dining table.
In the galley the symmetry is also observed; the furniture accompanied by a workbench in the centre, is designed as an island that leaves excellent space in the surrounding area, being leading freely to the owner’s cabin.
The clean lines of the furnishings contribute to the idea of a large open space. In fact, the minimalistic furniture enhances the importance of the elements, shaped in harmony and integrated with the hull – maintaining the clean lines.
Each piece of furniture made from moulds, in carbon, which is characterized by rounded edges that soften their distinctive line.
Firstly, the carbon finishing on the upper lockers, which runs almost without interruption, added with a light wood essence for the lower furniture veneer; secondly the fabric of the sofas, anthracite grey. Neutral colours ready to contrast with the acid green, a strong colour, which can be seen used in some of the horizontal Corian tops, and in some of the vertical hull side panels.
At the back, when accessing the owner’s cabin, you can see a large carbon bulkhead, with a futuristic hexagonal cut, highlighting the parallel carbon fibre reinforcements that run along the edges.
The flush door, leads to a comfortable and spacious cabin and wardrobes. Materials and colours are also continued throughout here, except for the acid green, which can been seen in the living area only. The top and the details of heads are also made of carbon.
To disguise the cabins, which all have hull windows have been fitted rigid sliding panels.
The layout of the deck rigorously follows the clean lines of the entire boat. It is made of carbon and covered with teak; the deckhouse has a large window to ensure a pleasing light inside, the mast and the boom are also made of carbon. The hull is acid green, a strong choice which is followed through inside, along-side the other neutral colours which are also found on deck.
